La Fornace – Suite

Independent apartment in a 19th century charming farm, surrounded by 2.000 trees, and much nature, and baby hares. We are located in Alessandria, at only 2 kilometers (5 minutes) from the town central square, and 1h away from Milan, Turin, and Genoa. From the motorway, it takes between 6 to 9 minutes to reach us. The local Municipality requests the payment of a tourist tax (3€ per day limited to the first 5 days) per guest above 14 years old. The same is to be paid at check in in cash only. The space The 2 large bedrooms apartment, along its 85 square meters, comfortably hosts 4 guests. It is equipped with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The king-size bedroom, set on the corner of the farm, enjoys the view and the light from two sides. One window is exposed to the forest, while the other one to the 19th century furnace where bricks were hand made. The twin bedroom, also set on the corner of the farm, and again with double view and light, hosts two very large and comfortable single beds. One window is exposed to the furnace, while the other one to the courtyard of the farm. The cosy living room is equipped with the needed for tea and instant coffee, WiFi, and a good music system. The bathroom comes with a bath (no shower) and bidet. The apartment is set in a 19th century farm in the immediate proximity of the town, and it's surrounded by a 25 thousand square meters forest composed of 12 different kinds of threes, among which the white Maple, the local Walnut, the Neapolitan Alder, and the red Oak. Guest access As our guests, you will be able to visit the 19th century furnace, used until the years after the Second World War to produce bricks and tails. You can wonder in the woods, and enjoy the diversity of the 12 different species of trees that surround the farm. Or you can stroll down the paths that run along the fields, enjoying the farming, the nearby river and absorbing the greens.
