The space The property is 300 meters from the Piramidi di Postalesio nature reserve and can be reached by car in 5 minutes from the center of the village. You will have the entire property at your disposal: outside the large fully fenced garden, with a wood-burning barbecue also set up for cooking the typical Valtellina polenta and another fire on which you can cook on a grill or on a Valmalenco serpentine stone plate, as per Valtellina tradition. The large table under the pergola was obtained from the cutting of some chestnut trees during the renovation of the property in 2001. We recently laid flooring in this area, from which you can enjoy the view of the central area of the middle Valtellina. Inside, you directly access the living area, which offers a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, an extendable solid wood table, pantry, refrigerator, and a 2-3 seater sofa. There is a pellet stove for heating in the colder months of the year. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, bidet, and floor-level shower. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers a comfortable double bunk bed and the option of a baby bed. Upstairs there is a terrace from which you can enjoy a great view. Access to the property is through a paved "Agro Silvo Pastorale" road, for transit it is necessary to pay a fee to the Municipality of €3 (daily), €5 (3 days). The pass can be purchased in the shops and bars of the village, if necessary it can also be issued by the host by communicating the make, model and license plate of the vehicle and paying it upon arrival. The room has a bunk bed. Normally, for two people we provide a single bed. If you want to sleep in separate beds, you must indicate 3 or 4 adults, since the provision of the second bed involves a surcharge. During the winter season, in case of snow or frost, you may need to have snow chains or 4-wheel drive cars.
