Guest access Whole separate and elevated Studio space (one flight of stairs). Access to Laundry (Washing machine and dryer) and washing line. Other things to note The Studio is separate to the main house and does require climbing one flight of stairs. The garage below the Studio is used by the owners. We like guests to help recycle waste during their stay and we prefer that noise be limited after 10pm.
