The house is fully equipped to cater for family breaks; with a cosy living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. We have driveway parking. The space Lily Bank House offers a true home from home experience. Set in a lovely quiet development on the outskirts this lovely home is equipped with all you might need. There is an open plan living room, with doors leading on to a patio area. There is comfortable seating, a smart TV, books, games and toys. There is also a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee machine and a full size fridge freezer. Completing the downstairs there is also a W/C, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs we provide 3 bedrooms with double beds (UK size, 135cm x 190cm) and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Other things to note It is advised that you have access to a car due to the location of this property, although a bus service is available close by. This home is on an incredibly quiet residential street, it is not suitable for large groups, noisy groups (including noise from children) or groups that are likely to be arriving late at night.
