Shambhala Heritage is a luxury Villa located on the west coast of Koh Phangan, close to the beautiful Hin Kong Bay and Srithanu. It offers a confortable tropical life style associated with the design and heritage of the Asian culture. A quiet place with stunning sea views over Hin Kong Reef, Koh Samui and Ang Thong Marine Park. Shambhala is just the perfect place to enjoy your vacation on the amazing island of Phangan. The space The villa consists of a large living room, with lounge area, dining room and kitchen. This room has the capacity to open entirely onto the terrace thanks to a clever system of bay windows over 11m wide. The large terrace is overlooking the jungle and offers an amazing ocean view. On the terrace are located a covered lounge area with hammock and "bean bag"; sun beds, a sala with built-in sofa and an infinity pool that merges with the sea. The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults in the greatest comfort thanks to 4 spacious bedrooms. (Minimum age required to stay is 8 years old) Designed with separate layouts, the bedrooms are all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. A remarkable space dedicated to well-being and relaxation has been created in the pure Thai tradition. (massage table, bathtub and private toilet). At the top of the property, a space dedicated to meditation or yoga with a fountain, a large Buddha, a prayer bell has been created. The 360-degree view is wonderful ! Living room / dining room layout: Large table for 8 people, sofa, portable Bluetooth audio system, smart TV. Ceiling fans (no air co). Terrace: Sunbathing area, parasol, hanging net, hammock. Thai Sala with sofa and table, infinity pool (salt treatment). Fully equipped kitchen / kitchen island: Double door refrigerator / freezer, 2-burner gas hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Bedrooms: Aircon, ceiling fan, wardrobe, mini safe, USB socket, hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/body milk/shower gel - all certified "organic", 3 King size beds + 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (possibility of converting into 1 king size bed OR twin beds, please let us know before check-in), large showers and double sink bathrooms. BD 1& 2 are located on the first floor (main floor/ pool level) BD 3&4 are located on the ground floor (accessible by the garden- not connected to the first level). Although the location is ideal on the west coast only few minutes drive from Srithanu and Hin Kong Bay, it is essential to rent a motorbike or a car to move around and visit our beautiful island. Other things to note 🌟 Friendly Heads-Up: Nearby Construction 🌟 We want you to have the best stay possible! Please note that there is some construction happening nearby. While the work is being done during standard hours (8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM), and in a general way, the noise never occurs before 9am as they start the day with quiet tasks, and all work is respectful of the neighborhood. You may hear occasional noise during these hours, but many guests find it doesn't impact their enjoyment of the space. There are no shops walking distance to the villa which is located in a residential area. -5 minutes' drive from Srithanu -5 minutes' drive from Hin Kong -15 minutes' drives from Thong Sala pier Electricity Usage Policy (Fair Use) To ensure sustainability and fairness, we include 40 kWh of electricity per day in your stay — this is typically more than enough for normal usage, including lights, cooking, swimming pool and air conditioning. 💡 Why this policy? In the past, we've had a few guests significantly overuse electricity, which isn’t great for the environment or long-term affordability. We want to keep offering a great place at a fair price! If your usage exceeds the included amount, the extra Kw will be charged at 7 thbs per unit. A picture of the individual electric meter will be taken at check in and at check out to monitor the consumption. This helps keep things fair for everyone.
