Top of the Hill

A warm family house with a breathtaking view The space On the northeastern side of the island is the Kohilou village at the entrance of which the house is located. The village perched on the top of the hill having an endless view of the sea and the rest of the surrounding area. Incoming from the main entrance of the property there are some stairs that we descend and lead us to the front of the house where there is the entrance door. Entering on our right is a large living room with a fireplace on our left a large kitchen fully equipped with dining table/area. The first flour has one of the two bathrooms of the property. Opposite to the main entrance there are wooden stairs that lead upstairs to the second floor. There are one double bedroom, a twin single beds bedroom, and a single bedroom. The three bedrooms surround a leaving room creating a nice family environment. The 2nd floor leaving room is equipped with a sofa that could turn into 1.20 m wide bed that could accommodate 1 to 2 people . Next to leaving room one could fine the 2nd bathroom of the property. The two bathrooms were recently renovated while new kitchen furniture recently installed (see photos). The bed frames, the mattresses and the furnitures in the leaving room and brand new (bought in May 2021), while a new smart tv, 43 inches, installed in the living room-dinning area.
