'Martha's House' - 5' drive to Alykes ⛱

Martha's house is a traditionally decorated property situated in Katastari Village, just 5 mins away by car (or a 25 mins walk) from the vibrant Alykes area, with many good bars & restaurant options & one of the best sandy beaches in Zakynthos . At the same time, it's the perfect starting point to discover the best sightseeing spots of the island. The space Martha's house is a split level maisonette suitable for a big family or a group of a friends. It is consisted of a split level with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms and one bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, as following: - Double bed (for 2 guests on the split level) - Single bed (for 1 guests, just underneath the split level) - Double sofa bed (for 2 guests, one the 1st living room) - Double sofa bed (for 2 guests, one the 2nd living room) Guest access Mary's Home is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Mosquito nets • Washing machine • Dishwasher • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels There are ample outdoor areas & gardens with outdoor furniture which enable you to enjoy your meals outside all together with ease. Moreover, there is a fully equipped brick BBQ available for our guests' use. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in time: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the house for you.
