A holiday oasis right on the lake shore with panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The lakeside road leads to the village of Dascio with two well-known fish restaurants, and ends about 700 m further on. Your holiday home is surrounded by nature: the lake, a birdwatching and sports area: rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding. Meadows on the lake side, rocky slopes on the mountain side, and scattered houses in the neighborhood. On the lake side is the underwater-lit pool with deck chairs and the Jacuzzi. On the lake shore is the deck chair area and the dining table area with barbecue. Boat mooring on request. On the lake side is the panoramic balcony with a canopy, dining table, and two deck chairs. The underwater-lit pool is open from Holy Week before Easter until the end of October, depending on the weather, and at other times on request. The jacuzzi can be used all year round. Your vacation destination Dascio has natural access to the river mouth for swimming. Small boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards can be stored on the lake shore, and there are steps leading into the lake. A natural oasis The Oasi vacation apartment impresses with its bright, friendly interior design and high-quality furniture, combined with modern Lombard flair. The floors are made of stylish wood-effect tiles. The apartment is located on the lake side on the 1st floor with two outdoor areas. The large sun terrace faces the pool, and there is a wide balcony on the side facing the lake, both with magnificent panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The sun terrace leads into the light-filled living and dining area, which includes a fitted kitchen on one side, a living area with a double sofa bed facing the lake and pool, and access to the wide balcony with breathtaking lake views. The sleeping area of the apartment consists of a double bedroom facing the lake with balcony access and a twin bedroom on the side. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and rounds off the comfortable living environment. The location on the edge of the nature reserve is delightful all year round: panoramic views combined with a cozy living atmosphere. A paradise for nature lovers and mountain and water sports enthusiasts alike. There is space to store sports equipment such as bikes, canoes, and boats by arrangement. Due to the location on the lake shore and the pool, small children must be supervised closely despite the fenced property. There is a reception in the residence. Vehicles can be parked next to the vacation home in private parking spaces.
