Welcome to Casa 37, A very nice house located in the countryside with an interior area of 37 m², set in a quiet area and overlooking the pine forest. Enjoy and hike the area! A 10-minute drive from the historic center of the village of Sintra, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. If you prefer the beach, Casa 37 is a 13-minute drive from Magoito Beach. Easy access to public transportation (buses), supermarkets, restaurants and local shops. Ideal for 2 people! The space The house is very cozy, has lots of natural light and is very pleasant to relax and rest. You'll love my space because it has a cozy garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal and recharge your batteries, The house consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette room. Outside, there is a garden with a vegetable garden to relax and enjoy nature! Other things to note 400m from the supermarket (LIDL) and close to the local restaurant and trade.
