A 40 m2 apartment, it is cozy, naturally illuminated and with outer venting, fully equipped to feel great. It has a 1.5 m double bed and a double 1.4 m sofa bed with comfortable viscoelastic mattresses to sleep properly. Two separate spaces: the bedroom is separated from the kitchen-living-dining room.
