Old restored farmhouse. Large house, spacious and completely renovated in an industrial style. 130 m2 house on 2 floors in the countryside, fully equipped with every comfort, with reversible air conditioning. You have a large 55 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and large wooden table for a capacity of 8/10 people. A spacious living room with a convertible corner sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people. Flat screen TV. The gîte can accommodate 5 to 10 people + baby. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. The sleeping area: On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 x 190. + walk-in closet. Bathroom: 1 walk-in shower 160 x 90 1 vanity unit. 1 toilet On the 2nd floor, pretty little room under a slope with exposed beam cocooning spirit having: 1 double bed 140 x 190 + folding bed 80 + Montessori baby bed. + walk-in closet. Linens included: - Sheets - Hand towels - Bath mat - Set of 2 dish towels - Cleaning products. Baby cot + high chair + baby bathtub are available. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes rack. Outdoor games, rackets, petanque balls wooden games... Terrace and private fenced garden overlooking the fields. Outside: Set back, just 2 steps from the cottage (only parking to cross) Private 8 x 4 saltwater pool with flat bottom 1.40 m deep, submerged beach, fenced pool. Heated pool, water temperature in summer 26° (approximately), sun exposure. Bordered by wooden decking, 6 deckchairs and parasol available. Note:⚠️ Off-season (Heated pool as an optional extra to be paid on site according to the periods May/June and Sept/Oct. Reported because it involves 3 days of heating before rental.)
