Large, spacious and fully renovated house in an industrial spirit. House of 130m2 on 2 floors in the countryside fully equipped with all comforts with reversible air conditioning. You have a large living room of 55 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge as well as its large wooden table for a capacity of 8/10 people. A spacious living room with a convertible corner sofa that sleeps an additional 2 people. Flat screen TV. The cottage can accommodate 5 to 10 people + baby. 1 independent toilet on the ground floor. The sleeping area: On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 Double bed in 140x190 1 bedroom with 3 single beds in 90x190. + closet. Bathroom: 1 x 160x90 walk-in shower 1 vanity unit. 1 WC On the 2nd floor, pretty little sloping room with exposed cocooning beam with: 1 x 140 x 190 double bed + foldable bed 80 + baby Montessori bed. + closet. Linens included: -Draps - Towels -Bathing mat -Lot of 2 tea towels -Maintenance products.
