Large, spacious and fully renovated house in an industrial spirit. House of 130m2 on 2 floors in the countryside fully equipped with all comforts with reversible air conditioning. Semi-detached with a year-round rental. You have a large living room of 55 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, oven, Senseo coffee machine and classic filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, as well as a large wooden table for 8 people. A spacious living room with a corner sofa bed (which can accommodate 2 additional people, subject to availability). Flat-screen TV. The cottage can accommodate 5 to 8 people + a baby. *(up to 8 adults) 1 separate WC on the ground floor. The sleeping area: On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 Double bed in 140x190 1 bedroom with 3 single beds in 90x190. + closet. Bathroom: 1 x 160x90 walk-in shower 1 vanity unit. 1 WC On the 2nd floor, pretty little sloping room with exposed cocooning beam with: 1 x 140 x 190 double bed + foldable bed 80 + baby Montessori bed. + closet. Umbrella bed + high chair + baby bathtub are available A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing table, laundry rack. Outdoor snowshoeing games, petanque balls wooden games..... Terrace and fenced private garden overlooking the fields. Outside: Set back, just a stone's throw from the cottage (only parking to cross) Private swimming pool exclusively for this gîte. 8x4 saltwater pool with flat bottom, 1.40 m deep, with a sunken deck and fencing. (Secure gate) Heated swimming pool with a water temperature of 26°C in summer (*approximately) and sun exposure. Bordered by a wooden terrace, 6 deckchairs and a parasol. ⚠️ Attention Off-season (Optional heated swimming pool supplement to be paid on-site according to the May/June and Sept/October periods. Please indicate this on your booking as it involves 3 days of heating before your stay.) Please bring your own pool towels, as they are not provided. Pool House with built-in summer kitchen fridge, dishes, dishwasher and plancha to enjoy long days of idleness by the pool. Private petanque court + boules. Dartboard.
