House of 130m2 on 2 floors in the countryside fully equipped with all comforts with reversible air conditioning. Adjoining a year-round rental. You have a large 55-m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction stove, range hood, oven, Senseo coffee maker, and a traditional drip coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a large wooden table that can seat 8 people. A spacious living room with a convertible corner sofa (which can accommodate 2 additional people, subject to availability). Flat-screen TV. The gîte can accommodate 5 to 8 guests + baby.* (Up to 8 adults) 1 independent toilet on the ground floor.
