Apartment Lucy is an apartment located on the ground floor of a 4-storey apartment building overlooking Gerlachovský štít and Slavkovský štít. All areas of the apartment are private without contact with other people. The space The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer) connected to the living area, where there is a sofa bed, a loggia overlooking the mountains and the surroundings of Vyšné Hágy, LED TV, bathroom with bathtub, shower and towel for each guest, separate toilet with toiletries, one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor and on the mezzanine floor (with a lowered ceiling of 160 cm) there are two open rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds and one smaller double bed. The apartment is situated in a quiet environment suitable especially for families with children. There is free parking on site and free Wi-Fi in all areas of the apartment. Guest access The Tatra Electric Railway station is located 350 m from the apartment. There are local groceries and a bar near the station. Other things to note The village of Vyšné Hágy is located on the Cesta slobody (Freedom Road) between Starý Smokovec, which is about 8 km away, and Štrbské Pleso, which is about 6 km away. It is about 6 km from the D1 highway - turn off at the Bôrik tunnel towards Batizovce. There is a good connection by both train and bus. The beginnings of the settlement date back to 1881. In 1897, the Prussian prince Christian Kraft Hohenlohe von Öhringen became the owner of Vyšné Hágy and the surrounding forests. In 1935, the Central Social Insurance Company began to build a large sanatorium for the treatment of tuberculosis, opened to the public on June 2, 1941, at that time the largest in Central Europe. Activities: From Vyšné Hágy, the yellow marked hiking trail leads to the Tatra highway and to Batizovský pleso lake, and on the other side, the trail leads to Nižné Hágy on the outskirts of Štôla. The Health Trail, which leads from Tatranská Lomnica parallel to the Road of Freedom, also ends in Vyšné Hágy.
