V's Place Lika, just few steps away from the Gacka river, completely wooden and modern holiday house, located on a fenced garden of 1.500m2, feature a beautiful terrace with barbecue, heated swimming pool and outdoor sauna and parking. The interior of the wooden house is modern and carefully decorated, with everything you need to give you maximum comfort and a relaxed stay. The space V's place Like is situated in a small village of Covici next to city of Otocac, far away from traffic jams and urban hectic. V's place Lika consists of a living room with open space dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed; there are also 2 bedrooms (4 guests) and a gallery where you can spend quiet moments with your favorite book (2 guests). There is a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, dining room and living room there are exits to the covered and sheltered terrace with furniture where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and Gacka river and the natural environment. On a terrace there is a sitting place with table for 8 people and on a pool beach there are 6 outdoor wooden lounge sunbeds. House and property are newly built equipped with playground, huge barbecue with bread oven, washing machine, kitchen with the quality dishes and wine glasses. Guest access Complete house and property (pool and sauna) are available to guests except garage and one private room inside the house. Fenced parking is available for up to 3 cars. The surrounding area is full of nature trails, and our recommendation is definitely a visit to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is full of natural beauties, forests, lakes, cascades and beautiful paths for walking as well to the Northen Velebit National Park and Gacka river springs. The Gacka River is perfectly clean and full of fish, so it is very attractive for fly fishing lovers on trout. Seaside (Karlobag or Senj) is 35 minutes drive. Other things to note House is not for a bachelorette/bachelor party. There is extra charge for pets (45€ per stay). Security deposit is required in amount of 140 EUR.
