Sea You Soon - Chrani seaside cottage by the beach

Our seaside cottage house has a rustic identity, that reflects the blue and green colours of the Messinian landscape. Accommodation is located in a quiet place with its own plot of land. There is a private passage that leads to a semi-private beach (just 20 meters away) . The beach has shallow, crystal, clear water with sand and a few pebbles, ideal for families with kids. Despite, Chrani is a small settlement, it has plenty of amenities, such as tavernas, super market, bakery, beach bars. Other things to note 1) For bookings with stay dates between Nov 1st and March 31st, the environmental resilience tax is €2 per night. For bookings with stay dates between April 1st and October 30th, the environmental resilience tax is €8 per night. (Greek law Α.1217/29.12.2023 article) 2) In accordance with the law P.O.L. 1187/2017, before checking in, Greek guests must share their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and their ID number. Foreign guest must share their passport number. 3) We take care of 8–10 cats (all fully vaccinated and neutered). They may occasionally walk around the property, but they do not enter the house.
