Constructed to a high standard, this loft offers the best conditions for an unforgettable break, surrounded by the Alpine panorama. Cook together, eat, sit by the fireplace and enjoy the weather over Lake Thun. In addition, you have the possibility to use the swimming pool or the hot tub in the garden. The space Campanula Loft offers stunning views over Oberhofen, Lake Thun and the mountains. It is romantically decorated, with oak wood floor, designer fireplace, quality bed, high-quality cooking island, Rain-Dance shower and Closomat. Free High Speed Wifi, state-of-the-art stereo and SmartTV with a huge selection of different entertainment and sports channels. In the garden there is a swimming pool with 2 sun loungers for free use and a hot tub that can be rented for private use. Guest access - In front of the house there is 1 free parking space at your disposal. The garden and swimming pool can be used between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. The maximum occupancy of the garden is limited to 8 people. At full occupancy of the house, each apartment is entitled to 2 sun loungers in the garden. - The hot tub can be rented for private use between 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and costs CHF 60.00 for 90 minutes. - The fireplace costs CHF 25.00 per use. This includes wood, firewood and cleaning after use. - For bookings of less than 3 guests, part of the accommodation can be closed. - The washing machine and dryer can be used for CHF 3.0000 per hour. Washing powder is provided. Other things to note Important to know: We are not a party place! Guests book with us to relax and find peace. We attach great importance to a low volume during the entire stay. Especially at night between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Playing music in the garden and by the pool is prohibited. Additional services, tourist taxes, waste fees, use of hot tub, washing machine/dryer and fireplace will be charged separately on site. Check in is after 4pm
