Guests have an entire floor with a separate entrance consisting of: living room with fireplace and panoramic veranda, kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with covered veranda and possibility of an extra bed, bathroom with shower, garden and barbecue area. The second bedroom is made available starting from 3 people (see house rules) The space The purpose of our facility is to make guests feel at home; it is an ideal place for those who, while looking for the proximity of the sea and beautiful landscapes to visit, do not want to give up contact with nature and relaxing evenings after a tiring day at the beach or a trip out of town. The strategic location makes it a desirable place for those who want to vary their daily destination as both the beaches and places of historical/cultural interest are just 10/20 minutes away by road (breathtaking landscapes such as the ancient medieval village of Erice, the salt pans of Nubia, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, the nature reserves of Zingaro and Monte Cofano) but also for those who want to enjoy a nice evening walk eating an ice cream or sitting in a bar to sip a drink, the seafront of Lido Valderice, Cornino and the historic center of Trapani are just 12 minutes away. The owners who live on the lower floor are also at your complete disposal for any type of need in order to make your vacation an unforgettable experience to be repeated. Goats, chickens, dogs and birds also frame the entire context, brightening your children's days. Guest access The entire upper floor of the property, including verandas, garden, barbecue and laundry, is for the exclusive use of guests.
