Magnolia Cottage : haven of peace and greenery

Small quiet house, at the edge of the Park of Maisons Laffitte in a green suburban neighborhood, near the stables and the forest, but also near the shops and the train station (20 minutes from Paris by train). Garden, barbecue, ping pong table, bicycles, outdoor games for children available. Free parking in a covered and secure box, desk with fiber connection, TV, DVD player and NETFLIX. Suitable for professional and leisure stays The space Located at the end of the garden of our house, you are in your own green and private space which includes a house opening on a thek terrace and on your garden, which is separated from ours by a wall of vegetation. Your cottage is entirely designed and equipped to suit your leisure or business stays. It comprises: * a living room opening onto your garden (with convertible-sofa, coffee table, chairs, TV / NETFLIX) * a fully-equipped kitchenette (with microwave, oven, gaz hobs, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee-machine, kettle and other ustensils) * a bedroom opening onto your terrace and garden, with a comfortable queen-sized bed * a desk with fiber connexion * a bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit including mirror and hairdryer * a hallway with wardrobe, lots of storage and washer / dryer A closed and covered parking box is at your disposal to park your vehicle The followings are also at your disposal : * A ping pong table (in the second parking box) * Bicycles of different sizes * Garden furnitures to enjoy the terrace * A barbecue * A high chair and an infant bed for young children * A trampoline (for children only) Guest access Check-in can be done at any time from 4pm as you can enter and settle directly into the house by means of a code and detailed instructions. If you are driving, your can park one car in a covered garage right near the cottage. Please note that utility vehicles, Category F, or large SUVs over 5 meters (16.4 ft) in length need to park outside the property. Parking is free on our street, and the neighbourhood is safe. Other things to note The followings are also at your disposal: * Nespresso coffee machine and pods, sugar, tea * sheets and towels, soap, washing powder, shampoo Upon request, we can book a taxi or shuttle for your return trip to the airport (which we charge at the real cost) An invoice for you stay can be provided upon request
