Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge. The space In the center of Ljuta is the baroque church dedicated to St. Peter. Ljuta is named after the river Ljuta, and known for its hospitality of old Boka's families. Today it is called elite resort which is ideal for walking with an unforgettable view of the see and old Baroque palaces. Guest access Beach available in front of the house. Sunbeds. Other things to note The visitors should register their stay on the premises of the Tourists Organization of Kotor no later than 24 hours from their entry into Montenegro if they visit is shorter than 30days. The cost of the registration is 1.00€ per person. The residence tax is changed 1.00€ per day. The following categories are not required to pay residence tax. Children up to 12 years old. Persons with disabilities. Seasonal workers who have registered their stay. For person aged 12-18 years the tax is reduced by 50%.
