We are located just 25 km from the center of Rome, 15 km from Tivoli, where Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are located, and 15 km from the A1 and Rome-L'Aquila highway. The space The villa consists of four mini apartments, each with its own entrance, in order to guarantee maximum independence and privacy while being able to share all the common spaces. The three apartments are composed as follows: - Peony Home: kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. (up to 6 people) - Lake Home: Kitchenette, double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower. (up to 4 people) - Jasmine Home: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. (up to 4 people) - Glicine Home: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. (up to 4 people) Free car parking. Guest access All the gardens surrounding the house are common areas available to our guests. Those who decide to stay with us appreciate the silence and nature that surround our house. What could be better than a walk in the garden after a day of sightseeing? Relax by our water lily pond, read a book under the rose gazebo or take a walk in our vegetable garden. And if you see a strawberry, a raspberry or a blueberry, eat them! I'm there for you. During your stay We strive every day to make you feel at home. We will be available for any need or if you feel like having a chat, but we like to let you enjoy your stay in total freedom and guarantee you the utmost privacy.
