The Obermain-Therme is approximately 4 km away. We offer a newly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment with a balcony. The apartment is approximately 50 square meters in size and accommodates 2 people. A parking space is available for our guests. The entire house has undergone energy-efficiency renovations in recent years, offering even more comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Soundproof windows were installed, along with electric roller shutters and a controlled ventilation system for the living area, and the bathroom and toilet were modernized. The living area features a cozy seating area, a TV, and a dining area. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. You can enjoy peaceful evenings on the balcony. The accommodations are intended for tourist use only. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. A tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per day will be charged separately on-site.
