Dimora Vera in the center of Chiaramonte Gulfi

It is located in the center of the mountain town of Chiaramonte Gulfi,right in the front of town hall,at the end of a courtyard where parking is free.About 100-200 meters away are all the various shops,bars,restaurants,the main square. It is a "real house",welcoming,equipped,well heated.The large vaults,the huge terrace and two further rooms under stone arches in the basement make it special and with a charms all its own. The hostess decorated it with particular pieces. The space The house prepared to accomodate 5 people,develops almost all along the ground floor,presenting 2 steps between the entrance and the rest of apartment(bedroom,bathroom,living room in which when needed a folding bed supplied in the house is placed,dining room,kitchen,large living room with sofa bed double,terrace).The walls are tick and of ancient stone making Dimora Vera cool in summer. In support of particularly hot days there are 2 fans and an air conditioner;there is also the Tim fiber line and the direct connection via ethernet cable with Tim modem thus having a stable signal with a download speed of 85-90 Mbps and a upload speed of 20,1-20,5 Mbps and a wifi router that maintains a high wifi signal in almost the whole house with a download speed of 80-90 Mbps and a upload speed of 20-20,4 Mbps. From the entrance you can access a living room with library,the large living room,the bedroom with tv and baby cot.The large terrace is accessible from the kitchen,from the large living room(where is a double bed sofa)and finally from the laundry room with washing machice located in continuation of bathroom.Being the sunny terrace it is (partially) shaded thanks a large awning that can be adjusted in lenght.The dining room with a large sofa and television with sky channels,act as a junction between the kitchen,the living room,the large living room and external stair that leads to an area below where there are another entrance on the street parallel to course Umberto,another bathroom and two rooms with a characteristic stone ceiling,with single sofa bed,living room and television. The pre-bath with sink is placed between the bedroom,the large living room and the bathroom itself.The latter is complete with 3 elements:the large shower suitable for the handicapped and the two bathroom fixtures. The kitchen has 4 gas burners,a microwave owen,frdge with freezer, hood,coffee machine,television,but above all a dishwasher to not work hard on holiday. A flight of stairs then leads to the mezzanine with 2 rooms with stone ceilings,with sofa bed,tv,living room and another bathroom with shower. Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal.I hope you find yourself well. Other things to note The municipality of Chiaramonte Gulfi has decided to apply starting July 10,2024 a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person(children under 12 are exempt from the tourist tax and guests over 70 benefit from a 30% reduction).
