The rooms are spread over 3 levels - there is a small garden with a covered loggia. Particularly suitable for small groups of up to 9 people who want to get to know the lifestyle, culture, nature and the region of Monferat in Piedmont together with the local population. Guest access Guests rent and use the entire house alone. The host does not live in the house. Other things to note A tourist tax of 2€ per person / night is due for each stay. This will apply to all travelers > 10 years. The place Maranzana is not yet accessible for tourists. Together with the municipality of Maranzana, the host has developed a concept for the development of the community, and the host acquired the Old Backhaus to turn the concept into reality.
