It is a very calm and beautiful area with unique views over the Douro River, ideal for vacationing with family and friends. It is a modern, comfortable, fully equipped house that can accommodate up to 8 people. You have the privilege of having a deck over the Douro River that will provide you with a memorable experience. The space (english below) A casa desenvolve-se em 2 pisos e tem 2 espaços exteriores muito agradáveis – um alpendre na entrada da casa com zona de refeições/convívio e um deck no piso inferior com acesso directo ao rio. No piso superior existem 4 quartos que acomodam confortavelmente 8 pessoas – 2 quartos com cama de casal e casa de banho privativa e 2 quartos duplos com uma casa de banho partilhada. Há também uma pequena zona de estar com uma secretária para espaço de trabalho. Os quatro quartos têm uma vista fabulosa sobre o Rio Douro, tendo a sensação que se está a dormir num barco. No piso inferior situam-se os espaços comuns e de convívio: sala de estar com lareira, TV, sala de jantar e cozinha totalmente equipada (barbecue, placa eléctrica, frigorífico, congelador, forno, microondas, máquina de fazer gelo, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de café, máquina de lavar roupa). Este piso prolonga-se para o exterior através de um magnífico deck que permite desfrutar da deslumbrante paisagem do Rio Douro. É o espaço ideal para descansar, apanhar sol, ler, conviver, petiscar ao final da tarde, assim como aceder ao rio e realizar desportos aquáticos. It is a really calm and beautiful area, with amazing views over the Rio Douro. It is the perfect place for a chilling holiday with family and friends. The house is modern, very comfortable and totally equipped. At Casa do Rio you have the privilege of having an incredible deck right on top of the Rio Douro which will certainly give you the most incredible and authentic experience. The space: The house has 2 floors and 2 great outside areas. In the entrance there is a lovely porch where you can chill or enjoy a relaxed meal. The deck is an amazing outside area with direct access to the river. It is perfect for reading, chatting or just having a snack at the end of the day. You can swim in the river or even practice some water-sports, there will be stand up paddle boards available for guests usage. There are 4 bedrooms where 8 people can sleep comfortably. 2 of them have double bed and private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds with a shared bathroom. There is also a small area with a desk for working if necessary. The rooms have a wonderful view of Rio Douro giving you the sensation of sleeping in a boat. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a full equipped kitchen. Every space in this house has a privileged overview of Rio Douro.
