Le Petit Moulin 'Papillion' Cottage

Our place is close to the small town of Lezay, 3 minute drive, where you can find all your amenities. You'll love our place because we have alot of activities, free bikes, canoes, swimming pool, football, petanque, swings, and slides. We also have indoor activities, table football, ping pong, pool table and lots of toys and games. We are surrounded by alot of natural beauty. All our rooms are bright, clean and spacious. We do have 2 self catering gites that you can rent for larger famillies. The space This three bedroom gite has a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with wood burner. Downstairs there is a large family bedroom with a double bed two single beds and a cot. This room has a large walkin shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. A Large outside space with a bbq and picnic tables with views over the countryside. Guest access The gite has its own private entrance through the large communal barn. There is also another entrance leading out to the garden at the front of the property. In the communial barn you have a selection of indoor games as well as outdoor activities such as bikes, canoes, swimming pool, play park and fishing. There is a large grass and woodland area for ball games and picnics also in this area is a boules court. The swimming pool has a cover over it at all times, if you would like to go for a swim then please ask. Do not remove it yourself. The pool is open 1st May - 30th Oct. Weather permitting. Other things to note In the barn there is a table tennis table, table football and pool table. There is also board games and toys for younger children.
