Superior (I) Apartment in the Old Town

Superior apartment for max. 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. The space The "Homewell Boutique Apartments Old Town" is located in the very center of Poznan, just 600 meters from the Old Market Square. Our fully equipped apartments are located in a modern building with an elevator. Each apartment has been arranged with good taste, attention to detail and the comfort of our guests' stay. Guest access Guests have access to a washing machine located in the hallway (shared by all apartments). Other things to note We offer the possibility of booking a parking space located in the underground garage or outside. The cost of renting a parking space is PLN 60/hotel day. Parking spaces in the underground garage are located on a platform for which the following limits apply: max. vehicle weight: 2000kg, max. vehicle length: 5 meters, max. vehicle height: 1.5 meters, max. vehicle width (without mirrors): 1.9 meters. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we are unable to guarantee availability and we ask you to book in advance. During a stay of more than 7 days, one-time cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are free of charge. For stays shorter than 7 days, cleaning is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 50 (prior notification required, minimum 24 hours before planned cleaning).
