My special secluded house by the sea

Beautiful and simple stone house of about 45m2 is in the bay Mala Svitnja in a secluded location by the sea, overlooking the pine forest, sea, vineyard and olive grove. Access to the house is possible only by foot from the road by a path 250 m long or from the sea. There is only one more family house in the bay. In front of the house there is a terrace, outdoor fireplace, shower and a space in the woods with hammocks. . Ideal for couple , friends, mature people who appreciate peace and nature. The space The house is decorated simply and with a heart, with two terraces in front of the house. Nearby there is a beach and a lot of shade. The sound of the sea, the chirping of birds and the beauty of nature around it. Olive, almond, cherry, fig, vine, immortelle, rosemary and lavender trees. The rays of the sun appearing on the bed. Peace and quiet of the bay. Energy from the beauty of nature and serenity. It is close to the city, and yet far from the hustle and bustle. A place to relax. The house is one large open space, on the ground floor a double bed, living room, kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet and in the attic there is a gallery, on which there is one large double bed. The stairs to the gallery are specially designed in the family we call them "stairs of consciousness". Guest access All spaces are available to guests. Other things to note The water in the house is from a cistern that is normally driven with a water pump in all parts of the house, but it is recommended to drink bottled water. Luggage and everything you need for your stay are lowered along a 250 m long path and carried by hand. It is also possible to arrange transportation of your belongings by boat. Family occasionally lives in the house so it also contains the belongings of the host.
