I am renting out a comfortable, fully equipped two-level studio (16 sqm) in a beautiful five-story Stalin-era building with a new elevator and a complete renovation in a beautiful green neighborhood. 10-minute walk to Vladykino metro station and Okruzhnaya metro station. There are always free parking spaces nearby. The studio has 3 sleeping places for adults: a double sofa bed and a sleeping place on the second level. If you have children, you can accommodate four (two upstairs and two downstairs). Guest access A spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. A bright room with a desk/dining table, kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed. The second level with a sleeping area.
