My place is close to Hobbiton Movie set. You’ll love my place because of quiet country setting with views of lush countryside. My place is good for couples. We do have a pull out couch/double bed to accommodate extra guests at extra cost if required. The space We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the privacy. Other things to note Substantial continental breakfast including fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread, fruit juice. Our water is rain water uv filtered. Very natural tasting and so good for you. We have a super friendly cat who with encouragement will go into your room. Please shoo him out if you don't want him there. Please be aware if you have cat fur allergies you may have a reaction. Please also note that there is no separate bedroom. It is a large room with a queen bed and pullout couch to double bed. In the small kitchen there is a microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, electric jug. We also have an ironing board and iron in the room.
