About noise There are people living in the neighborhood as well. Please be respectful of your surroundings, such as loud voices and music, especially at night and early in the morning. - About equipment and supplies We may need to charge you the actual cost of taking home the equipment or if there is significant stain or damage. Parking The facility is not responsible for accidents, theft, damage, etc. that occur during the use of the parking lot. In addition, if the management company is dispatched due to illegal parking or an emergency response, we will charge "10,000 yen plus actual expenses".
