Heated pool Villa spectacular ocean view by Cannes

Idyllically located villa in quiet surroundings, in a gated domain on the French Riviera, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy the view and find your peace of mind on the spectacular pool area with 12x6 meter heated pool and bar kitchen. Villa Le Trayas Supérieur has a large garden with many idyllic areas. Meals can be enjoyed in the gardens barbecue area by the main indoor kitchen. La Figuerette sandy beach with cozy restaurants, bars and watersports in the bay below the villa. The space POOL AREA Pool area has an outdoor bar kitchen with fridge / freezer, ice maker, sink with hot water and gas hob. It is possible to book swimming pool heating. GROUND FLOOR An interior renovation of the villa was completed July 2018. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an on-suite bathroom (do not have a toilet), laundry room (3 washing machines and 3 dryers), dining room with round table (can be extended to an oval table) and kitchen with direct access to the outdoor mosaic dining table by barbecue area in the garden. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge / freezer with ice cubes and filtered cold water, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooker, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. MIDDLE FLOOR On the middle floor is the main entrance door in the glass porch, one bedroom, bathroom with toilet and large living room with access to a balcony. The living room has different seating areas, desk and a Samsung The Fram TV with cable TV, Apple TV and Xbox One. The living room has windows with lovely views of the sea and the garden. TOP FLOOR On the top floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have access to the large balcony with panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom (without toilet). The floor also includes a main bathroom with a large bathtub, shower and bidet. Toilet in separate room. There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (two WC`s) in the main house, two of which are on-suites. ANNEX There are two more bedrooms in an independent charming annex building in the garden. Both of these bedrooms have an on-suite bathroom with shower (these bathrooms do not have a toilett). Guest access You will dispose of the entire property including the main house, the side building, the pool area and the garden. Other things to note There is air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms. Pool man cleans the pool every Friday approx. at 10 am. Two gardeners perform 1 day routine maintenance of the garden every 14 days. During the summer season, check-in and check-out is only on Saturdays. During this period, Sunday to Friday is marked as booked in the Airbnb calendar, but the days are still AVAILABLE and are opened when selecting Saturdays for check-in and check-out. In spring and autumn we offer heating of the pool with an additional heat pump electricity fee of € 35 per day. We cannot guarantee a specific water temperature, as this will depend on the weather and the extent of the pool cover use. Pool heating must be booked no later than 1 week prior to arrival. Payment is done separately in Airbnb Resolution Center.
