We let a renovated, full-furnished and equipped modern apartement (35 qm) which is especially suitable for business consultants who work temporarily for Telekom, DPN, Postbank or the UN (only 4 km away). The apartment is located close to supermarkets and drug stores (in walking distance), hiking- and bike-trails in the nearby "Ennert" forrest. Bonn City, Telekom, DPN, Postbank HQ and UN campus can be reached by 3 bus lines (which leave every 10-15 min.) or by car (15 min.). Carport availability The space A taxi stand (closeby) will allow you to reach Cologne airport in 20 min. and the ICE railstation in Siegburg (to Frankfurt) in 15 min. The apartment comes with a new kitchen (oven, refrigerator, stove, dish-washer etc.), own bathroom (incl. rain-shower) and a new boxspring bed (Queen Size). There is also a sleeping-couch available. Wifi connection currently via an own Wifi repeater and soon via own LAN connection. During sumer-time, the apartment is nice and cool, since it is in the basement/souterrain of our house. The apartment is located in a peaceful and quite neighborhood which allows you to relax and do sports outside. In summer, you can walk to a closeby local public swimming pool. Of course, we will help you with local tips for e.g. restaurants, sightseeing tours, hiking- and bike-trips. We look forward to welcome you!
