Neverbeen to Raja's Home (Enhanced Clean)

A nice little family home just 150 metres from the beach. Raja built this guest house for his family about 10 years ago on land he inherited. It’s a nice small family home with an authentic, local feel to it. We are committed to maintaining Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning & other Covid precautions approved by local authorities, to make sure that you have a safe and memorable stay with us. Longer stays on the entire basis is preferred.. The space Raja built this guest house for his family about 10 years ago on land he inherited. It’s a nice small family home with an authentic, local feel to it. It has one small double room with attached bathroom and a triple room with a separate indoor bathroom. Both rooms and bathrooms are very basic and simple, but clean. The verandah overlooking a small garden with two coconut trees, one palmyrah tree and few jasmine plants, is nice to chill out. Other things to note We are committed to maintaining Airbnb’s Protocol on COVID-19 prevention, such as the use of personal protective equipment, like masks and gloves, as well as disinfectants that are approved by local regulatory authorities. Further, we keep our home empty for a set period in between stays, with no activity other than cleaning, to make sure that you have a safe and memorable stay with us. Longer stays on the entire basis is preferred.
