I seldom have new guest availability. I live here & am present 99% of the time. On site parking; 1 mile to the Silver Comet Trail; a very short walk to grocery stores & restaurants. Free wi-fi; Shared use of kitchen, bathroom & w/d. You must be ok with dogs on site & occasional, brief dog noise, but no guest contact occurs. The space Guests are not permitted to use any of the new "Guest Services" features while present, whether via the site nor similar activities on their own. You would be using two sets of stairs (coming from the garage) to reach the room on the top floor. The garage remote door opener will be the access given instead of a key. The bedroom has a key you'll use, and deadbolt for use when in room for assured safety and privacy. During your stay I'm normally home 24/7 and am respectful of your privacy. ***also of important note--- I do dog sitting on site, so occasional noise will occur. You would not have to be in any contact with any dogs. Most of my dog guests are well mannered, and any "natural" event that can sometimes happen is cleaned by me ASAP. (It's just me, with a lot to maintain) Other things to note The property is recognized and registered by the National Wildlife Federation as an important wildlife habitat. It's location and wooded setting provide essential needs for a vast array of wildlife. *Because of this, it isn't uncommon for an occasional indoor visit from outdoor residents, primarily of the small flying and crawling type, (spider, gnat, housefly, mosquito, ladybug, etc) and all efforts are made to prevent such from being inside.
