Groom’s self contained accommodation in the corner of an old livery yard. The Plough Inn serving great food + village shop (limited stock) are opposite. Accommodation is a bed room (double), sitting room (inc wood burner and double sofa bed) + kitchen dinner, shower room & porch. Good for exploring the Surrey hills by bike / on foot & for having a generally “country” time. If we have a USP it is being dog friendly. The yard into which the property opens is substantial and dog proof The space You are in the corner of an old livery yard. Recently refurbished and decorated. You will be very comfortable and certainly enjoy your stay. We are all very relaxed here! Best suited for 2 guests only. Guest access Once you have introduced yourself to me and I have pointed out one or 2 safety issues that may prevent you accessing parts of the property - go where you want apart from the main house. Other things to note We will send you a quick email to confirm your reservation and let you know anything else that may effect your stay at that point. If you are coming by train we can normally pick up and drop off Dorking - no charge. The clever thing to do is get us to meet you at Holmwood Station and pick up your gear only - it is a lovely walk to Coldharbour
