You'll love my space. Spotless, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The daily rate is for the queen size bedroom with access to the full 4-piece modern bathroom. If you are more than 2 guests and require an additional room, I have a second bedroom with a daybed that transforms in to 2 single beds. This second bedroom is available for an additional $30 per person/per night. *Annette shares her space with three friendly cats. HOST: I have 32 years’ experience in tourism and hospitality The space I live in a split level house and have a lovely space downstairs to accommodate travellers. While I occupy the upstairs with my cats, the downstairs has 2 bright & spacious bedrooms, a modern & clean 4 piece bathroom, and a large living room with a big screen TV( cable, Netflix,amazon prime) and a gas fireplace, Including a small kitchenette with appliances for cooking needs. The living room also gives access to a large patio with a beautiful and peaceful view of the pond & forest Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs only. Please note there is no guest access to the upstair kitchen. During your stay I am available to respond to inquiries on a 24 hours basis. I can reply to guests ‘inquiries within four hours throughout the day. Other things to note Shared entrance No guest access to kitchen House is shared with Annette and 3 cats
