To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is not a pet-friendly property nor a wheelchair friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor. - AC, attached bathrooms and attached balconies overlooking the lake are offered in both rooms. - Both rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. - Both bathrooms have geysers and towels. COMMON AREAS - There is a well-ventilated living room on the ground floor. It is not equipped with an AC. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a wired music system, TV and an attached water-facing deck. - Seating arrangements for dining can be made on the deck area. - There is a 350 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 8 people at any given time. - The villa has a terrace overlooking the surrounding Waldevi Dam. - There is a balcony with sit-out space and a hammock. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants at no additional charge. - For elaborate cooking an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day will be levied. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Guests are requested to place their order 24 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed. - Guests can also order in from nearby grape county. The caretaker can deliver the same at an additional cost before evening. - Ordering-in and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that the cook will keep the food ready in reheatable utensils so that the guests can serve it themselves. - The cook will be available from 9:30 AM to 6 PM.. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost. The staff charge will be the same as the extra person charge. They will be accommodated in-house, in the living area/kitchen. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like chess and Jenga. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and embrace its beauty. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be setup at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas. - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. - Restaurants are not located near the property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Incase of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. However, he cannot run errands outside post evening time, as he has a two-wheeler and the property is located in a secluded area. - If guests wish to send the caretaker to procure some items before the evening, it will be charged additionally. - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - There is no internet available at the villa. Guests are requested to carry their dongle for internet connectivity. - Mobile networks such as Airtel, Vi and Jio work fairly well here. - Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas. - Please note that guests have to make a mandatory advance payment for any F&B services availed. - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
