However, it can accommodate 6 people, with a sleeping area in the living room on the ground floor. It was fully renovated in 2018 in a chic country style. The bedrooms were restored in April 2025 for your comfort. It includes a living room on the ground floor, with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc.), flat screen TV. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people (with a real mattress) The floor includes a master bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a bathroom (toilet and shower). Linens and towels are provided and included in the price. The vacation rental has a garage with washing machine, dryer, and space for our biker friends to shelter motorcycles if needed. Our courtyard is secured by enclosed walls and has an electric gate allowing children to play in the courtyard safely. Our vacation rental is located in a small village of 100 inhabitants, on the coastal road between Pointe du Hoc, the beautiful beaches of Omaha Beach and the American cemetery. A coastal path is 2 minutes by bike from the gîte. You can then admire magnificent views from the top of the cliffs during your bike ride or walk. For your visits, the gîte is ideally located since it is located by car: - 4 min from Vierville sur Mer beach - Saint Laurent sur Mer - 5 min from Pointe du Hoc - 8 min from Grancamp-Maisy (fishing port) - 10 min from the American cemetery of Colleville sur Mer - 20 min from Port en Bessin (fishing port) - 25 min from the medieval town of Bayeux (Cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry...) - 40 min from Caen Guest access This is a complete and independent home. The gîte is opposite our property (courtyard adjoining us). Our house is located on the coastal road between Vierville sur Mer and Grandcamp Maisy. Coming from Vierville sur Mer, our house is on the left. Other things to note Amenities You will find a small supermarket (with bread) 3 km from the cottage. You can find good regional products 2 steps from the gîte: - Cider mill with sale of cider, calvados, apple juice and apple cider in Englesqueville la Percée - Cheeses, ice cream and caramel from Isigny sur Mer (Normandie Caramel) in the sales halls in Isigny sur Mer where there are several local producers. But also many good restaurants close to the gîte. We will be happy to give you our advice.
