Oliveira's Apartment - Cozy & Amazing view!

A very cozy and modern apartment with a fabulous view that can even fascinate locals. It is perfect to accommodate a couple and two children, or two couples. Choose to take your meals at a lovely balcony table facing the green north coast; to cook them in a fully equipped kitchen or in the barbecue place located in the spacious terrace! It is right next to the sea, making it a unique north coast gem! The space This property has a private area of 100 square meters and it is located right next to the sea of Madeira's north coast and near the local salt water public swimming pools. It was built in 2006 and redecorated in May 2017, to a modern style. It is equipped with an air conditioning system (A/C) which will suit your needs for both summer and winter :) It has 2 rooms, both with double beds; a modern decorated living room with a 49'' smart TV and full WiFi access within the property. The kitchen is also very functional having all what you need to perform your cuisine tasks. The outside balcony has an incredible view, and you can choose to take your breakfast in a table facing a lovely green northeast coast. The courtyard includes a very practical place to perform your barbecues and plenty of space for other activities. Guest access The apartment is located at just 2 minutes away from the sea and from the local salt water public swimming pools, and you can spend a very pleasant day in these for just 1€ per day! You can also benefit from some nice walks around the town as the weather is in general very good. We are also located in front of the local Church (Igreja Bom Jesus), in which takes place one of the biggest and oldest festivities of Madeira (Arraial da Ponta delgada), gathering thousands of people from all over the island in the first weekend of September. Other things to note We provide two big towels and two small towels per guest, shampoo and shower gel, and we also provide detergent so you can wash your clothes in the washing machine placed in the kitchen.
