We also offer excellent accommodation for business people and tourists. The space This tasteful apartment (85 sqm) is located on the ground floor. A maximum of 6 people can stay overnight. Layout : - entrance with cloakroom & sink, - 2 separate toilets, - cosy living room with sofa (can be converted into an extra bed), coffee table, cupboard bed (2p) & desk, - dining area, - modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven & fridge, - spacious south-facing terrace with garden furniture & view on the Neo-Romanesque church, - separate bedroom with box spring (180 cm, can be set up as 2 single beds), - ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin - Washing machine and dryer available: ASK FOR IT! There is underfloor heating everywhere. The bedroom is north facing: cool in the summer. Sauna & infrared sauna optional and not always available. Guest access ground floor Other things to note We like to keep the peace in our building. Another family lives under the same roof and a paramedical practice is located there.
