Often overlooking the Valley, this route offers splendid views and opens the doors to its rich heritage. Located on the first floor of a winegrowing property, this apartment is fully secure. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 champagne-colored living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, private parking is available just in front of the property. Access is via Highway A4, exit no. 20 at Château-Thierry (90 km from Paris) or exit no. 21 at Dormans (120 km) Guest access Access to the apartment is through 3 doors: a gate interfacing the parking lot and the courtyard, a secure door giving access to the building and a last secure door giving access to the apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, it's the countryside. All necessary keys will be provided at check-in. You will have at your disposal all the information on tourist outings and my recommendations. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Other things to note Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, a hood, a fridge/freezer, a table and 4 chairs, a microwave, an oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a teapot, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, champagne glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, bowls, glasses, corkscrew, bottle opener... The bathroom has a large shower, a modern vanity unit with mirror and toilet. The accommodation is for up to 4 people, no pets allowed and the place is non-smoking.
