Small and cozy apartment located in the quiet historical center of Sinalunga in the heart of the Valdichiana, strategic position between Tuscany and Umbria and about at 30 minutes driving from the Valdorcia and Chianti. The space COVID-19: to ensure the safety of our guests we decided to block guests' checkouts and check-ins on the same day to allow careful disinfection of rooms and surfaces as well as the sterilization of bed linen and dishes. We will provide for free hand sanitizer gel to all our guests and, as soon as they are readily available on the market, disposable masks and gloves. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building with independent access at street level inside the pedestrian area in the historic center of Sinalunga. It consists of a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is furnished with taste and simplicity with the combination of modern and colorful elements with other classics, such as wooden furniture and the characteristic ceiling beams that help to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the medieval village, within the pedestrian area that ensures a relaxing stay away from traffic. It is an excellent starting point for visiting the Valdichiana, Val d'Orcia and the most important art cities of central Italy such as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.
