4-star gîte, very cocooning. The studio is located in a charming fenced family villa with a hundred-year-old olive tree. As soon as you enter the property, the magic works: you will access the cozy nest of an area of approximately 30 m² through a totally independent entrance overlooking a garden planted with oleanders that characterize our beautiful region. Bliss. The space You enter directly into the main room (yes it is a studio, we will not push the walls), functional, everything is there… but where is the bedroom? Hidden and effortlessly, you will bring out a standard size foldaway bed (2 people) to find yourself this time in a Zen space and you can enjoy the excellent bedding that we have reserved for you. The kitchen and bathroom are both tastefully furnished and equipped. Everything is designed so you can have a great stay (wifi, linens provided, hygiene products and some basic products...). Meals can be enjoyed on the private balcony and the grill can be used. If the weather permits or simply as you see fit, you can allow yourself access to the Balinese pool that faces the apartment and perfectly shielded from any view of the neighborhood. Optional heated indoor jacuzzi and relaxation room for a romantic moment. Modestly, we wanted to provide you with what we expect to find ourselves when we go on vacation, so in all simplicity, see you soon for a relaxing stay. Hervé & Valérie Guest access The access we describe is from the D4085 road that you reach when you exit the A51 motorway via exit 21 "AUBIGNOSC OUEST". The direction AUBIGNOSC by the D503 at the bottom of the village announces the access to the village, you go up the street until you arrive in front of the bakery on your left. Continue on the D503 to your right towards "CHATEAUNEUF VAL SAINT DONAT". From this intersection, it's very simple and very quick. Take the first downhill to the right (before the speed bump), then the first right again. We are the second house on the right with the "LA SALAMANDRE" sign. Park in the private parking lot reserved for you. Welcome.
