Experience the peace, tranquility and privacy of country charm in the picturesque Clarence Valley. Only 10 minutes to amenities at South Grafton and 15 minutes to central Grafton. A perfect place to break up your trip if you're travelling SYD-BRIS or just to explore what the Clarence Valley has to offer. A perfect place to stop for the Jacaranda festival, July racing carnival or other events. Pets upon request and a $20 pet fee applies -pls advise in your booking if you are bringing pets The space This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house set on 2 acres with a well attended tropical garden for you to enjoy. A creek runs through the property giving it an extra country feel. PLEASE NOTE- this is a 20 year old " homely home". We clean to immaculate standards but the house has some marks and scars from its lifetime :) if you are after an immaculate modern home with no marks or wear and tear this isn't the place for you! A continental breakfast is provided to all guests for their stay. All three bedrooms are available for guests to enjoy. One with a queen bed, complete with ensuite and expansive walk in wardrobe and leafy outlook. The second bedroom is modern and has a double bed. Both beds have mattress toppers for maximum comfort. The third bedroom has a king single bed and backs onto the pool area. Two living areas will help guests relax. One area with a TV and DVD player. DVD's and board games are provided. Beach towels and swimming equipment is also provided. There are plenty of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the gardens or to breakfast in the sun :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. You may see my Mum pottering in the garden or in the pool which are the only shared spaces. Other things to note Please note the following: -Two dogs live on the property when Mum is there. Rosie is an 8 year old maltese terrier. She is super sweet and love guests. Opie is a 5 year old super gentle staffy. However they stay in the granny flat with my mum and will not have access to your house. -A wifi dongle will be provided through which you can have wifi to your devices. Please note that it is a regional property so the internet connection on mobile phones can be spotty. Hopefully this provides a good chance to disconnect and unwind :) - Pool. Children are please not to be left unattended in the pool area at any time. It is guests responsibility to ensure that children are attended whilst swimming. -Creek.
