We would love to welcome you to our house Manya in Lassi, Kefalonia. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is about 150 meters from the nearest beach. Spend wonderful holidays on the south coast of Kefalonia, centrally located near the capital Argostoli, in a beautiful green garden and the sea in sight. Instead of an anonymous hotel, a small pretty house awaits you. The space The cottage offers approx. 60 square meters, two bedrooms with two single beds each and 1 small room which also has two single beds. This house is ideal for a family with 2-4 children. So the parents can stay in bedroom 3 and the children in bedrooms 1+2. If the children are still sleeping in the morning, the parents can come separately through their own exit into the garden. Please note that there is no living room in the traditional sense, but the house has a huge terrace and a second seating area where you can linger. In summer, life is known to almost always take place outside anyway, which should not be a problem, but I would like to mention it. Alternatively, it could be used by 2 couples, a couple in bedroom 3, a couple in bedroom 1 or 2 and, if necessary, it would then have room for up to 2 children. The room layout is as follows: Entrance 1 with bedroom 1 with two beautiful, walled beds. Here there is a passage to bedroom 2 where there are also 2 walled beds available and to the kitchen and the shower and toilet. From there there is a passage to bedroom 3, where two more walled beds and the TV are available. Bedroom 3 also has a separate exit where you can go directly into the garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are separated by a cabinet, but the passage is open. Ideal for a family with several children. The house has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small, simple but functional kitchen. In the outdoor area, there is a covered terrace (approx. 30 square meters) with sea view. The large garden with outdoor shower and barbecue area is also part of it and invites you to linger, read and enjoy. The house is equipped with air conditioning (bedrooms 1 and 2) and can therefore be cooled and heated during the winter months. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a TV where German and Greek programs can be received via satellite TV. There is also a second air conditioning system installed so that pleasant temperatures prevail in summer. The house has Wi-Fi Internet access, which we provide free of charge. Other things to note The house Manya is located in the village of Lassi (small coves, beautiful beaches). In this place there are many taverns, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries and souvenir shops. About 3 km away you can reach Argostoli, the capital of the island, where almost all wishes are fulfilled: supermarkets, bakeries, souvenir shops, butchers, post office, pharmacies and ATMs, museum, hospital, cinema, theater. In Lassi you can rent cars, mopeds and motorboats as well as learn to dive. The famous Myrtos Beach is about 19 km away. The port of Sami, where you can find ferries to Patras, Ithaca, Lefkada, Astakos, Corfu, Brindisi, Bari and other destinations, is about 60 minutes away by car. Registration Details 00000175219
