The Guesthouse is located in Biassa (5 km.from La Spezia and 6 Km. from Riomaggiore) inside the UNESCO area of the Five Lands. It is composed by two bedrooms with private bathroom. It is perfect for a family or a group of firends of four people. In addition there are two big balconies with a breathtaking view on La Spezia bay, on the Carrara white marble quarries above the Apuan Alpes, and on Biassa Village. The space This was an ancient residence made of greystone. Now it is completely renewed in the historical centre of Biassa, only 5 km far from the train station of La Spezia and 6 km far from Riomaggiore. In two minute driving you can arrive in the National Park of the Five Lands. The house is in the middle of the path Liguria (Luni on theTuscan border - Francia) and AVG alta via del golfo ( from Bocca di Magra to Portovenere). Furthermore there are free wifi and satellite TV. The common outside terraces and the garden are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Guest access The all second floor with the two bedroom with the two balconies and private bathroom are for private use. The terraces of the ground floor and the garden with outdoor furniture are at your disposal, maybe you have to share the spaces with other guests who are staying in the other ground floor rooms of the House. Outdoor furniture will be however available to accommodate all our guests. Other things to note In the rooms you will find water bottles, electric kettles and a wide choice of tea, tisane, cookies and more... From Biassa you can move to the Five Lands by car, by buses and by foot. Free public Parking is available in the borough streets. The Guest house can be reached on foot for a stone pedestrian street of about 50 meters from the closest point to the street.
