This 3 bedroom, sunshine-inspired and eco-friendly home is made for a great vacation or even longer stay for whole family! In the quiet & safe part of City Center, only a 7 min. walk to Old Town. Our popular family apartment is super suitable also for bigger families with kids and for bigger groups! Superb for longer and shorter vacation, business trips and living in Tallinn for 3 to 13 persons! There are three bedrooms – two of them have a queen bed 160 x200 and one room has a single bed 120x200. In all bedrooms you also find a sofa-bed (extra sleeping place when open 160x200, with extra cover mattress to guarantee a perfect sleep as in queen bed!)) and in one room and in the living room flat – screen TV. All bedrooms have are separately and have privacy! In every bedroom we have a comfortable armchair, desk and chair for working on a laptop. In every room you find a wardrobe. Night blinds + wooden blinds let you have a peaceful sleep at night without having to wake up to sunlight! There are lots of shelves and places to store you clothes and things. We also have 3 cribs (or more if needed) and highchairs for baby, feel free to ask it! There is also a baby monitor available! Kitchen and living room are together. Fully equipped kitchen will let you cook for a group or a family!( 2024 AEG /Electrolux home appliances) We added airfryer Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L for modern cooking. We have a full set of dishes for 13 people! We have added a grill- toaster to make warm sandwiches or grilling sausages-meat an a espresso machine to make a good fresh cup at morning, hand-blender, cake tins etc! There is a foldable table (fits 4 to 8 people ), but we have 14 chairs in the apartment. There is also a big corner-sofa it will transform into a two comfortable beds -two 90x 210sized bed, for two persons! There is also a flat-screen TV. Three rooms are accessible from hallways, one from living room. Bathroom-toilet and second toilet have also baby pot and hairdryers. There is a washing machine-dryer, drying rack and an iron also available. You can connect your iPhone or android through Bluetooth to radio-alarm clock-speaker and listen to your own favored music or music from internet radio stations. We have free WiFi. We have Playstation 2 in ap. (Please ask ahead before you arrive:)) There is 2 bathrooms - in one is toilet and shower cabin & sink. In second one is toilet & sink. In the apartment you can find tourist maps and books about Tallinn in many different languages, use them (but please let them stay in the apartment when you leave so the other Guests can use them too). Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and is about 90 m2 in total. In the yard you can park your car. No elevator in the house. In the same house also other 3 bedroom apartment - good to know if you are traveling with even more bigger group! See in my profile my other listings. Guest access You are welcome to use kitchen supplies (sugar, salt, coffee, tea, etc.), some bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer etc.), towels and bed sheets. We have in the apartment also "the 911 kit" with all necessary things to have first aid (band-aids, wound cleansing servietts, burnaid and others). Other things to note We have also games for every ages, for adults and kids! Playstation 2 and 3(we kindly ask to let us know ONE WEEK ahead when you are willing to use it, as its not in apartment all the time). Gameconsele is not available if requested later or at arrivingday. Different games, alias, chess, games to play with whole family (in english, finnish and russian language), soft toys, kitchen-play and other. Two rooms with separate TV -s let enjoy different movies! We also have a cribs and highchairs baby, feel free to ask! At the yard you can park your car (one normal sized car). If You have more cars, you can use also street parking only 1 min away from the house.
