The apartment has a small comfortable living room with access to the balcony and a small wardrobe. The two bedrooms are equipped with single beds and a chest of drawers. In The space the kitchen there is a dining place for 4 and another access to the balcony. The bathroom with shower and wc is located in the hallway and is intended for guests of apartments 50a and b only. Apartment 50a can be booked together with apartment 50b. In total, there is space for up to 10 people. The highly recommended restaurant Watzmann with Austrian specialities is located on the ground floor of our apartment complex. a regional market is only a 5-minute walk away. Thursdays and Saturdays are market days and you will find a wide range of fresh produce there. Bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office and banks are also within walking distance. North Germany's largest shopping center - the Alstertal shopping center - is about 18 minutes' walk away (by bus approx. 6 minutes) and has a large number of restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
