The space This exquisite, completely renovated apartment invites you to enjoy a unique experience on the beautiful coast of Menorca. With its carefully renovated design and attractive decor, this space exudes tranquility and elegance. Ideal for you to enjoy comfort in every corner. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed; the second bedroom features a practical bunk bed, perfect for kids or close friends. The fully equipped kitchenette merges with a cozy living room with air conditioning, a sofa, and a TV for your enjoyment. However, the crown jewel is the spectacular private terrace overlooking the ocean. To access it, you need to go through one of the rooms, cross the private patio, and climb an outside staircase. Once there, you can relax in the Mediterranean climate while enjoying the sea breeze and the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. It's the perfect place to have breakfast outdoors, enjoy dinner with a view, or watch an unforgettable sunset in a completely peaceful setting. In addition, the strategic location of our apartment gives you the opportunity to explore the natural wonders of Es Grau and its surroundings. The possibilities are endless. Guest access - There is a crib and highchair available upon request. It is recommended to request in advance to ensure availability. Other things to note - By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which entered into force on December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist fee before arrival at the accommodation. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total price and has a cost of €2.20 per person per night. It will be collected at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. - At the entrance of Es Grau, you will find free public parking. We recommend parking there, since it is not possible within the village. It's a 4-minute walk from the parking lot to the village. - Remember that many establishments and shops in small coastal areas operate seasonally and usually open from Easter until the end of October. So if you visit us in low season, we recommend that you make these purchases in the larger cities, such as Ciutadella de Menorca or Mahón. - The furnishings, decoration or some elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time, so there could be small differences from the photographs posted.
