Just minutes from the beach and the village center, it’s the perfect base to relax or explore the island. The space Notes: - This reservation applies exclusively to the lower floor of the house, including all amenities shown in the photographs, which are for the exclusive use of guests. The upper floor is used by the host but is completely separate, ensuring guests' total privacy; - Renting a vehicle is recommended for greater convenience during your stay; - Free parking is available on the property; - Due to the island’s tropical climate, we advise keeping food properly sealed to prevent attracting insects; - We provide recommendations for places to visit and activities to explore the island. Conditions: - Check-in is self-service, and an access code will be provided for a safe where the property keys are stored. Therefore, arrival time is flexible; - Guests will be required to provide identification details in compliance with legal requirements. - The property is cleaned before guests' arrival. If desired, an additional cleaning service can be requested; - We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors' peace and avoid excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Other things to note - We kindly ask you to inform us at least 2 days in advance of your expected arrival time. - Starting from September 1, 2024, a tourist tax will be applied. The amount is €2 per guest/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, in accordance with Article 3 of the Diário da República. - Upon arrival, some essentials will be provided, such as toilet paper, kitchen napkins, and detergent capsules for dishwashing/laundry. However, it is the responsibility of each guest to replenish these items as needed.
