2 storey, 2 bed, 2 bathroom home with garden is ideally situated to explore Belfast & beyond or for extended business trips. George Best City Airport is walking distance (1.2km) or 5 mins by car. Excellent public transport links to Belfast, Bangor, the North Coast and Dublin. There is a bus stop just outside the front door that will have you right in the heart of the city in 14 mins. A train stop 2 mins walk away will bring you to Titanic Belfast/SSE Arena area in a short 3 min train journey The space The property has a modern hygge feel and remains free from personal belongings and clutter. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay with guests enjoying a free private off street parking space. Free high speed WiFi access is offered throughout the property. In the living room there is a smart TV with a basic selection of Sky entertainment channels. If you are a Netflix / Amazon Prime member you can access your own account for viewing via the smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with seating for 4 adults, a fridge freezer, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and NutriBullet. A Nespresso coffee machine is available for your use if you would like to bring your own coffee pods. The eating area doubles as a well lit workspace with easy power socket access. Both bedrooms have comfy king sized beds. All linens are provided for your stay. There is a full sized bathroom with a shower/bath. There is an en-suite off the master room which has a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is a small WC room. Amendments to Airbnb facility categories. Please note that whilst we do provide towels and bed linens, due to allergens we no longer provide body wash and shampoo. Cooking utensils, pots, pans and equipment are also provide but not oil. If you prefer not to travel with these items there is a shop 500m from the home where they can be conveniently purchased. Guest access The whole property, garden and 1 driveway parking space Other things to note This is a quiet residential development. Whilst we want guests to enjoy their stay - we do ask that guests respect the other residents and the family feel of the area, therefore no parties and loud noise is permitted especially after 11pm. With this in mind no hen/stag parties or under 25 groups permitted. With this property there is a maximum capacity of four people. This is 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each, we would not be able to supply extra beds nor do we approve using the sofa for additional guests. The home is not child proofed for young children under 7 (stairs gates, socket and cabinet locks).
